Full details (with descriptions) of each course are now available by using the links below or by calling us on 01452 731422 or send us an e.mail.

Over the year we expect to run around 30 courses covering a wide range of styles and disciplines.

Nature in Art has purpose built facilities within the grounds of the museum where art courses are held.

Most courses are run by artists who have work in the art collection of the museum and/or take part in our unique artist in residence programme. All art courses offer participants the chance to learn from professional artists in small groups of between 6 - 12 people. This approach ensures that everyone can benefit from individual tuition and encouragement whilst enjoying the benefits of the team spirit found within a group. However, it also means that courses can fill up quickly, so contact us today if you would like to take part!

The unrivalled Nature in Art collection and the beautiful setting of the museum provide a unique and stimulating venue for anyone wanting to improve their artistic skills or to learn new ones.

Shorter, less intensive workshops are also held from time to time (particularly during the winter months). We also have a very active art group based at the museum. It meets twice a month in the evenings.
