Nature in Art is 2 miles north of Gloucester on the main A38. It is marked by brown tourism signs.
Tewkesbury and Cheltenham are within easy reach (approx. 7 miles).

Parking
There is ample free parking within 50 yards of the main door. Disabled drivers can use designated spaces immediately outside the front door.
Access
We regularly welcome individuals and groups with disabilities. There is ramped access for wheelchair users. Inside there is a lift and level or ramped access to the garden, art studios etc and wheelchair users toilets. Please note that the lift may not be able to accommodate some wheelchairs and the toilets may not be suitable for all wheelchair users. We are addressing this situation at the moment. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require information before you visit. The museum has two wheelchairs for free loan to visitors who might need them (booking in advance is recommended). Guide dogs for the blind and deaf are welcome. With prior notice we are pleased to make extra tactile exhibits available for visitors with visual impairment. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a group visit.
Shop
The museum has a shop with a wide range of gifts, books, limited edition prints, art materials and much more. It is open to the general public and is not restricted to museum visitors. For details of the range of goods available or if you have specific requirements contact the shop.
Coffee shop
The museum has a licensed coffee shop serving hot and cold meals, snacks, cream teas etc in a delightful setting overlooking the gardens. It is open during museum hours to both the general public and museum visitors. Tables can be booked in advance. The coffee shop also is available for private hire in the evenings. Education
We welcome schools by prior arrangement. Purpose built facilities and professional staff are available. Activities are also held for children during holiday periods. For younger visitors not coming as part of a group or for a particular event, there are always animal brass rubbings, a stimulating activity area and garden swings for their enjoyment. Admission charges
Adults £4.50. Over 60s and under 16 £4.00. Under 8s Free. Family (2 adults, 2 children) £13.00. Discounts for groups and special rates for schools and educational visits. These charges include access to all temporary exhibitions, artists in residence etc. that may be available at the time of your visit.
Season tickets
Friends of Nature in Art can pay from £18 per year enabling unlimited free entry to the museum, plus a regular magazine and newsletter and other benefits. Contact us for details or join when you visit! Season ticket holders can also buy sets of admission tickets they can use for bringing their own friends to the museum at a 25% discount.
Dogs
Guide dogs for those with sight and hearing impairment are welcome. Otherwise no dogs are allowed in the buildings. They can however be exercised in the car park and down the pleasant drive. There are excellent walks locally.
We welcome group visits seven days a week, both day time and evenings. Bookings need to be made in advance. Group rates apply for 15 people or more.
